Good-bye South Dakota
For your viewing pleasure ... a couple pictures of South Dakota's rocky outcrops, presidential pride and Ponderosa Pines. Turns out, South Dakota is much more beautiful, friendly & fun that we ever would have imagined!

Gotta love George, perched so lover-ly. He's always a bit caddy, though, which is probably why he wouldn't look at the camera.
I can NOT believe that hail, girls! Watch your pretty little storm-chasin' butts out there!
We gave in and did the $8 thing, and I'm glad we did, but it felt like a theme park... the day before, the other George had just come through (and there was a big crazy forest fire), so we saw a ton of official types camping out, wearing uniform, making it seem all-too-dramatic, next to the people with their Polaroids. Enjoy the next adventure!
